Hotel in Medulin

The hotel is located in the center of Medulin. Total net area 1150m2. It consists of 5 floors: basement, ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor, 3rd floor. There are 20 rooms on the floors, each room has its own bathroom and is equipped with air conditioning. On the 3rd floor there is a large common terrace with a beautiful panoramic view of Medulin and the sea. In the basement there is a sauna, a jacuzzi, a laundry room, a boiler room, a toilet, and a storage room. On the ground floor there is a reception, a bar and a restaurant.
The hotel was completely renovated in 2004. The facility has its own parking lot.
